Yes you should pay for the deductible because it was negligence on the so called friend's part. Common sense would tell anyone that is driving in bad weather to drive as fast as weather permits. You screwed up you pay.

Well I now have a live journal account. I am not big on keeping journals but I will update when I can. Any way I have nothing really to write now. I am currently at my college typing this since I don't have internet at home and it gives me something to do other than sit around at home. Wow I just notice how sad that sounded when I typed it down and read it to myself. Oh well I love school anyways and kind of want it to start but I am enjoying the rest I am getting now.
